Mavrk is a decentralized token launch platform that lets anyone deploy a token on Binance Smart Chain (BSC) directly from the web.

Unlike traditional launchpads or Telegram bots, Mavrk provides a clean, seamless web interface for launching verified BEP-20 tokens with live trading on PancakeSwap V3. 1. Overview of the Service
Mavrk is a decentralized token deployment platform for Binance Smart Chain (BSC). It allows users to launch fully verified BEP-20 tokens through a streamlined web interface. Each token is paired into a PancakeSwap V3 liquidity pool and the LP NFT is automatically locked via the Mavrk Lock contract.

All token smart contracts are immutable, contain no callable functions, and cannot be altered after deployment. The launch fee is 0.015 BNB and includes deployment, verification, pool creation, LP locking, and gas for all transactions. 100% of token supply is added to LP — Mavrk does not hold custody over any assets post-deployment.

2. Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use this service in your jurisdiction.
• Use of Mavrk is prohibited in sanctioned regions.
• You may not use Mavrk to deploy malicious, fraudulent, or illegal projects.

3. User Responsibilities
• You are responsible for ensuring that your project complies with applicable laws and regulations.
• You are responsible for securely managing your MetaMask or WalletConnect-enabled wallet.
• Mavrk provides no recovery mechanism for lost private keys or access credentials.

4. Service Mechanics
• You initiate deployment by connecting your wallet and submitting your token details.
• A 0.015 BNB payment is required to proceed — this covers gas fees and platform automation.
• Your token is deployed, verified, paired, and locked in a single automated workflow.
• Any remaining funds after deployment are swept to the Mavrk Fees wallet to support ongoing development.

5. Fee Policy
• The launch fee is fixed at 0.015 BNB.
• There are no refunds once payment is sent and deployment begins.
• Mavrk may adjust fees in the future; any changes will be announced on X (@0xMavrk) and reflected on the website.

6. Acknowledgment of Risks
• Cryptocurrency and token values are highly volatile — you launch at your own risk.
• Deployed tokens are immutable and irreversible.
• Mavrk does not provide investment advice or token promotion services.

7. Limitation of Liability
• The Mavrk platform is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uptime, performance, or market outcomes.
• Mavrk is not liable for losses, bugs, or misuse of tokens after deployment.
• The maximum liability of Mavrk is limited to the 0.015 BNB fee per token launch.

8. Termination
• You may stop using the platform at any time.
• We reserve the right to suspend access or block abusive activity.
• Deployed tokens will remain live on-chain regardless of platform status.
